Sphere Drones’ Consultancy Program aims to help customers develop a clear drone strategy and program. We strive to assist customers from implementation to delivery and support of a program. We do this in a manner that will get customers up and operational in a manner that is safe, effective, and efficient whilst remaining compliant with regulations.

We partner with organisations to define, design, deploy and deliver a successful remote technologies program that is optimised for the organisation’s unique industry and use cases.

Inputs and Outcomes

Based on the information we gather in our exploratory session with you, we will be able to perform the following and provide you with a proposed remote technology program.

  • Detailed Analysis; including organisation profiling, use case scoping and understanding your unique needs, budget, policies and procedures.
  • Program Design; taking into consideration which remote technology would suit your needs.
  • Program Delivery; including set up of the remote technologies.
  • Training; including an introduction to drones and any specifics related to your needs.
  • Post-implementation Support; such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Established Program Review; a follow-up review 12 months after implementation to review and re-assess.

Client Success

A government agency engaged Sphere Drones for guidance with establishing a drone program to utilise drones to monitor and assess compliance with legislation across vast areas of NSW.

The use of drones enabled the organisation to conduct efficient and effective investigation in locations which were not easily accessible to persons, or posed risk, in order to take appropriate regulatory action.

Sphere Drones was able to understand the organisations unique use case and provide options for which technology best met their needs. Sphere Drones assisted the client with model selection appropriate to their use case, provided guidance to their management team with program deployment and provided introductory training to their employees.

Over the course of 3 months, Sphere Drones conducted an Introduction to Drones training course for over 50 of the client’s employees, at 6 different locations across NSW to get their program up to standard. After successful implementation, the client also engaged Sphere Drones for a further 11 aircraft, complete with custom skins.
