What to do when your drone hits water!

Has your drone hit water - here is a quick guide to savings possible drone rite-off.

 

  1. Immediately remove from the water!
  2. Switch off power and remove battery as quickly as possible.
  3. Flush as much distilled water as you can through the phantom and all of its components.
  4. Take the top cover off and sit everything in a tub filled with raw rice
  5. Do not turn on again until everything is completely dryPower on with the top removed, and check for any short circuit, smoke or flame If any occurs switch off immediately.
  6. Assess which components are damaged.
  7. Call Us and we can supply and assess any damage!
